(1) It shall be the duty of all concerned to obey the judgment or order of the court.
(2) Any person who does not comply with the judgment or order of the court or who is in contempt of the court may be prosecuted for his contempt by using the same powers as the appellate court in accordance with the Administration of Justice Act, 2048.
